Loven Contracting completed a 12.5 acre renovation on the Raymond Park that included a baseball diamond, high school dimension basketball court with an additional half court, picnic tables, barbecue grills, drinking fountains and new asphalt parking lots.

Loven Contracting completed a 12.5-acre renovation of Raymond Park, including extensive site work, amphitheater-style outdoor seating, landscaping, decorative concrete, stormwater management, safety lighting, and site furnishings, trash receptacles, electrical and vertical construction. The historical gravesite of Dr. Raymond and multiple distinctive trees were carefully protected during construction. Additional amenities constructed included a baseball diamond, high school dimension basketball court with an additional half-court, picnic tables, barbecue grills, drinking fountains, and new asphalt parking lots.
The rock-laden site conditions prompted Loven Contracting to utilize grade checking and consulting surveyors to chart the best layout for ADA-compliant sidewalks at the project site. Loven Contracting completed renovations on Raymond Park before freezing winter temperatures and finished the project on schedule through phased construction.
