In partnership with Alliance Bank of Arizona and Davis Architects, Loven Contracting constructed a new 6,121SF single-story branch building, associated parking and landscaping in the vibrant Aspen Sawmill mixed-use development in Flagstaff, Arizona.
- The building design incorporates a range of high-quality materials on the exterior of the building, including stone, wood, and steel.
- Loven Contracting collaborated with Alliance Bank for security, access control, and communications throughout construction.
- Loven Contracting coordinated the installation of Alliance Bank vendors to include safe safe, safety deposit, ATM walk-up machine, and server room.
Services provided for this project included cost estimating, conceptual scheduling / pricing, value engineering, subcontractor selection, project management, and construction.
