Loven Contracting completed a 3,500SF remodel of the Terry Marxen dealership that reconfigured and upgraded all customer amenities. Our team remodeled and established new structural elements for 3,500SF of sales, administration, accounting, cashier, and parts showroom. In addition, Loven Contracting modified the showroom’s roof framing to reconfigure drainage and receive TPO roofing membrane assembly. The dealership remained open throughout the remodel.
