In partnership with Alliance Bank of Arizona and Davis Architects, Loven Contracting constructed a new 6,121SF single-story branch building, associated parking and landscaping in the vibrant Aspen Sawmill mixed-use development in Flagstaff, Arizona.
The building design incorporates a range of high-quality materials on the exterior of the building, including stone, wood, and steel.
Loven Contracting collaborated with Alliance Bank for security, access control, and communications throughout construction.
Loven Contracting coordinated the installation of Alliance Bank vendors to include safe safe, safety deposit, ATM walk-up machine, and server room.

Loven Contracting worked closely with the Historical Preservation Review Board of the City of Williams to restore the exterior stucco and paint to its original façade.
National Bank of Arizona
The scope of work included complete interior and exterior renovations to the historic site as well as major structural upgrades and repairs.
Loven Contracting partnered with National Bank of Arizona for an interior and exterior restoration of the old Babbit’s Building located in Williams, Arizona. The scope of work included an entirely new interior, walls, and finishes as well as major structural upgrades, repairs, and new utilities installations.
Loven Contracting worked closely with the Historical Preservation Review Board of the City of Williams to restore the exterior stucco and paint to its original façade. A challenge of the project involved the condition of the existing bricks being inadequate for the new stucco finish. Loven Contracting utilized spray concrete tools to produce a smooth and flat stucco finish.
Loven Contracting provided all preconstruction services, design, budgeting and construction under our agreement with National Bank. With review of the original design, we were able to provide value engineering alternatives to preserve the client’s budget and complete the work on a tight schedule.
Strategic Facility Upgrades for Improved Visitor Experience
The Meteor Crater Visitor’s Center is a truly unique experience in the desert of Northern Arizona. Through strategic upgrades to their Philip Johnson-designed facility, the project owners have significantly improved both visitor and staff experiences. Key to the success of this project were uninterrupted operations, maintaining the revenue streams for this key employer.
Indoor Ticketing Center for an Upgraded Experience
The original ticketing windows for this attraction were located outdoors – foul weather or high winds had a significant impact. Loven Contracting worked with the design team to enclose the original ticketing area in a new welcome lobby, sheltering guests from sun and snow alike.
New Meteor Crater Gift Shop
The new Meteor Crater Gift Shop provides a bright and airy environment for customer browsing.
Loven Contracting completed a 3,000SF addition in conjunction with interior and exterior renovations of the Meteor Crater Visitor Center in Winslow, Arizona. Originally designed by renowned architect Phillip Johnson and constructed on the site of a meteor impact berm in 1961, the revitalized visitor center features a contemporary lobby, reception area, gift shop, retail and ticketing center, as well as landscape and hardscape enhancements to improve visitor circulation.
Loven Contracting developed management and safety plans that allowed for minimal impact on business functions and visitor experiences. Throughout the entire project, Meteor Crater remained open to the public, enabling visitors to this Northern Arizona landmark to enjoy the site unimpeded.
Loven Contracting completed a 3,500SF remodel of the Terry Marxen Dealership that reconfigured and upgraded all customer amenities. Our team remodeled and established new structural elements for 3,500SF of sales, administration, accounting, cashier and parts showroom. In addition, Loven Contracting modified the showroom’s roof framing to reconfigure drainage and receive TPO roofing membrane assembly. The dealership remained open all throughout the remodel.
Loven Contracting constructed the 25,000SF Findlay Honda automotive dealership in Flagstaff, Arizona. A structural masonry building utilizing concrete slab-on-grade construction, the Findlay in Flagstaff, AZ includes a 3,500SF showroom, a 4-bay quick lube center, a 5,700SF, 10-bay service center garage, and a spacious parking lot with 240 available spaces. All spaces of this dealership incorporate national brand standards. Loven Contracting is experienced in working within manufacturer requirements for a timely delivery of automotive projects.
Loven Contracting completed construction on the facility under budget despite fuel, asphalt, and other cost escalations throughout the project. This was achieved through providing Findlay Honda with value engineering and cost estimating services that kept the project affordable.
