The scope of services included a complete interior renovation of the restaurant, servery, and dining areas, new dining and seating, kitchen modifications, new bar seating, the relocation of the registration desk to the front of the retail area, renovating the lobby to include a lounge area and coffee grab-and-go service, and refurbishment to the retail area.

Originally built in the 1970’s, the Yavapai Lodge required updates that would enable the facility to provide quality visitor services and experience. The lodge now features functional, contemporary spaces with historical imagery and colors evocative of the Grand Canyon and Southwest.

NATIONAL BANK OF ARIZONA, WILLIAMS

Loven Contracting partnered with National Bank of Arizona for an interior and exterior restoration of the old Babbit’s Building located in Williams, Arizona. The scope of work included an entirely new interior, walls, and finishes as well as major structural upgrades, repairs, and new utilities installations.

Loven Contracting worked closely with the Historical Preservation Review Board of the City of Williams to restore the exterior stucco and paint to its original façade. A challenge of the project involved the condition of the existing bricks being inadequate for the new stucco finish. Loven Contracting utilized spray concrete tools to produce a smooth and flat stucco finish.

Loven Contracting provided all preconstruction services, design, budgeting and construction under our agreement with National Bank. With review of the original design, we were able to provide value engineering alternatives to preserve the client’s budget and complete the work on a tight schedule.
